- Role:- Associates for B2B Customer Service (Blended)
- Designation:- Process Associate
- *Any Non-technical Graduate Fresher's/Experienced can apply.
- Required Experience:-
- *Any Non-tech Graduate Fresher with good communication can apply.
- *Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service profile is preferred.
- Required Skillset:-
- *Any Non-tech Graduate with excellent communication (spoken & written) is eligible.
- * Should have good quantitative, logical & reasoning skill.
- * Able to handle pressure situation and work under stringent deadlines.
- Shifts:- Rotational Shifts
- *5 Days working/ 2 Rotational week offs.
- *Both Sides AC Cabs provided for home pickup & drop.
- Process Associates for Utilities Process (Blended Process)
- Required Qualification:- Any Non-tech Graduate Fresher/Exp. with good communication.
- Designation:-Process Associate
- Experience Freshers to 2 years
- Shift Timings :24X7
- Transport : Yes
- Work Location Noida Sector 135
- *Good communication skills(Spoken and written).
- *Excellent computer proficiency.
- *Should have good quantitative, logical & reasoning skill.
