Job Description
- Role for a Customer Service Associate for Back Office process.
- Will need good communications skills in Hindi and English.
- Interacting with Customers for Logistics company
- Provide updates on Emails, CRM for status of the orders
- Immediate requirement for 5 positions.
- Coordinate with Logistics partners for order status and expedite deliveries
- Domestic, Day shifts (Dedicated Sunday off) + 2 Weekly Offs per month.
- Work hours: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour of break)
