Job Description
Role and Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
- Managing and resolving customer queries/status/complaints.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
- Providing products and service information to customers.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Any Fresher Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate, experience in Bpo voice/non voice process only is eligible
Shift:
- Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off
Requirements
- Willingness to work in Voice process
- Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
- Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skill.
