Amazon Customer Service Associate - (Work from Office) - Delhi, Hyderabad, PuneJob Overview: You’ll be part of Amazon’s Shipping and Delivery Support team, ensuring successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners. You must be 18 years or older.

You must have completed 10+2 education (12th grade) — freshers and experienced candidates welcome

You must be authorised to work in India.

You must be able to understand, speak, and write English at an advanced level (C1 or above) to support customers in real time.

We strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop to complete your application. 

You'll need a reliable internet connection, a working camera, and clear audio throughout the process.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesSome of your duties include:

Answer driver and customer questions through phone, chat, and/or email

Navigate and review solutions in real-time using a variety of tools

Facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders

Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance

Problem-solve for customers without reading from a script

Provide exceptional support and troubleshoot delivery issues

You will also need to be able to:

Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills

Work comfortably with computers and navigate multiple systems

Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday

Work in rotating shifts (late night and overnight shifts primarily, early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime as required)

Be punctual and present for your entire work shifts

Be fully committed to your customer service role whilst working at Amazon
