Job Description
*Eligibility - 12th pass & must have minimum 6 months to 1 year collection on paper experience required*
Shift - Rotational Week off & Shift Timings
*Salary - 17000 to 25000*

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.

Greet and engage customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, availability, and policies.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and understanding, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
2. Order and Transaction Processing:

Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns or refunds.

Handle payment transactions and billing inquiries securely and accurately.

Confirm customer account information and update records as needed.

Coordinate with warehouse or delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
3. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer problems, including shipping delays, damaged goods, incorrect charges, or service interruptions.

Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Record customer interactions and transactions using company software or CRM systems.
4. Product Knowledge and Guidance:

Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products or services to offer accurate advice.

Make appropriate recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and changes in policies.
5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer service activities and trends.

Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or product/service improvements.
6. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and Marketing to resolve complex customer issues.

Participate in team meetings, training programs, and development workshops.

Support colleagues during high-demand periods by sharing responsibilities and workloads.
