5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.

Use CRM systems or customer support software to log and track tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Provide regular feedback to the management team on recurring issues, customer suggestions, or service improvement areas.
