Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Support

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Help customers place orders, process returns, check order status, or resolve billing issues.

Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Issue Resolution

Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner by coordinating with other departments when necessary.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when beyond scope.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Product and Service Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.

Understand features and benefits of offerings to recommend solutions or alternatives to customers.

Assist in product troubleshooting or technical queries where appropriate.
Documentation and Reporting

Record all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.

Maintain logs of customer complaints, queries, and actions taken.

Generate routine reports for customer feedback and service improvement.
Process Compliance

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow data protection regulations.

Meet service level agreements (SLAs) related to response times, call handling, and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support (If Applicable)

Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate and in line with customer needs.

Inform customers of ongoing promotions, offers, or loyalty programs.

Process payments, refunds, or credits as per guidelines.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members and other departments (sales, logistics, IT, etc.) to improve customer experience.

Share feedback and suggestions for service improvement based on customer interactions.

Participate in training programs, team meetings, and performance reviews.
