Job Description
· Respond to travel agent queries and complaints related to it
· Assist travel agents with their queries on the phone or via email
· Support travel agents in booking and reservations based on customers' selection.
· Responsible for handling agents enquiries, the aim being: converting enquiries into sales, ensuring proper service support to agents
· Coordinate with supplier / Hotels for customers' requirements
· Assist agents in planning and selling transportation and accommodations for their customers
· Ensure every client is served in an efficient manner
· Assist sales team by providing required reports, applying margin etc.
· Coordinate with system support executive for system related works
