We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide top-notch support to our customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide information about products, services, orders, billing, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with returns, refunds, and account-related inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on company policies, new products, and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
