- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with returns, refunds, and account-related inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on company policies, new products, and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
