Job Description

Passenger and customer service

Greeting and assisting passengers with inquiries and directing them to the correct terminals or gates.
Handling check-in, verifying documents, and issuing boarding passes.
Selling tickets and confirming reservations.
Assisting passengers with special needs, including the elderly and those with disabilities.
Providing information on flight delays, cancellations, and re-routing options.

Baggage and cargo handling

Checking in and tagging passenger baggage.
Loading and unloading luggage from the aircraft.
Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of baggage to the carousel.
Coordinating the loading and unloading of cargo and special freight.

Ramp and aircraft services

Directing aircraft to and from the gate using signals.
Coordinating with pilots and ground control to ensure safe and smooth operations.
Ensuring the aircraft is properly parked and secured.
Coordinating with other teams for aircraft refueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
Monitoring the aircraft's load to ensure safe take-off and landing.

Security and operations

Screening passengers and luggage for security purposes.
Enforcing safety procedures and protocols.
Monitoring restricted airport zones.
Coordinating with flight operations and cabin crew to ensure on-time departures.
