Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting guests, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at the cinema.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle ticketing and reservations (online and walk-in).

Provide accurate information about movie schedules, promotions, and offers.

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.

Manage concessions (snacks and beverages) with accuracy and speed.

Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy.

Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems responsibly.

Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Support merchandising, stocking, and inventory management.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Friendly, energetic, and customer-first attitude.
