We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Fluency in Tamil / Malayalam
Plus Two / Graduates
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Assist customers with orders, account details, refunds, and service issues.
2. Product & Service Guidance
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in choosing the right product/service based on their needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
3. Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain customer records, interactions, and service requests in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and feedback collection.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and service improvements.
4. Compliance & Quality Standards
- Follow company policies, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
- Adhere to data protection and privacy regulations.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction targets (CSAT) and service level agreements (SLA).
