Customer Service Associate
Job Description
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction

Respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and messages from customers regarding orders, services, and product-related inquiries.

Provide timely, accurate, and helpful information based on customer needs.

Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, service processes, and product usage as required.
2. Issue Resolution

Investigate and identify root causes of customer problems and offer appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments.

Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure they are closed within the service level timeline.

Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
3. Product and Service Knowledge

Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches, updates, and promotional offers.

Communicate technical or service-related information in a way customers can easily understand.
4. Order and Account Management

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Verify and update customer account information such as contact details, preferences, and payment status.

Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, billing, and technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
5. Feedback Collection and Reporting

Record and report recurring customer issues, suggestions, or complaints to help improve processes and service delivery.

Participate in quality assurance processes by sharing feedback with peers and supervisors.

Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
