Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Service Associates (Sales and Non-Sales profiles) to join our client servicing and support team at a leading financial and stock broking company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of financial products, and a customer-first attitude.
This role is essential in managing client interactions, resolving queries, providing product information, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates with experience in the stock market, mutual funds, trading platforms, or financial advisory will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, etc.)

Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, mutual funds, or demat services

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online ticketing platforms (preferred)
