The Incumbent would be required to take inbound calls of customers of one of the worlds biggest cab aggregators in a voice based call center environment. The job involves working in shift in a 6 days working/week set up.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Interaction

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with product/service-related queries, troubleshooting, and resolutions.

Maintain a polite and professional attitude while handling concerns and complaints.
2. Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving

Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
3. Data Entry & Documentation
-
Maintain customer records, call logs, and support tickets in CRM software.

Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.
4. Sales & Retention
-
Recommend additional products/services to customers.
-
Handle cancellations, refunds, and replacements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
