Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Support:

Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, in-person) in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determining the root cause, and offering the best possible solution.

Handle customer complaints calmly and empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors for prompt follow-up.
2. Order Management and Service Requests:

Assist customers with order placement, changes, cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Track and update customers about the status of their orders or service requests.

Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, billing, and technical support to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Follow up with customers after resolution to ensure satisfaction.
3. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM software or support systems.

Document recurring problems and customer feedback to help identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports summarizing customer service performance and support issues.
4. Product and Process Knowledge:

Stay up to date with the company’s products, services, pricing, and policy changes.

Understand company systems and tools to provide quick and accurate assistance.

Attend product briefings, training sessions, and team meetings as scheduled.
5. Quality and Compliance:

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines to ensure consistent support.

Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the company’s reputation and values.

Comply with data protection and confidentiality policies when handling customer data.

Meet performance benchmarks such as call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and response time.
