1) Answering premium customer queries via chat, call channel and email.

2) Establish a relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.

Requirements:

Required candidate with average English communication skills

Speaking in one regional language i.e., Kannada is mandatory

Any Degree/ Diploma/ +2
