Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • The CSA is responsible for the overall management, servicing and profitability of assigned client accounts and is responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, controlling and communicating activities of the account to invested parties. 
  • The CSA functions as account head and as liaison between the client and the company.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients and promptly respond to all client inquiries.
  • Publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly production reports for their assigned clients.
  • Timely and prompt response to all the client/management queries.
  • Liaise with the coding team as necessary to address client needs and monitor client transaction processing.
  • Constantly monitors and analyzes assigned client accounts in order to assure accurate and successful processing.
  • Identifies potential problems with client accounts before they occur and works to eliminate future occurrences. Works to correct problems that do occur and to prevent them from recurring in the future.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client credentialing and fee schedules.
  • Generate and submit invoices and consultant reports for invoicing of clients and consultant pay.
  • Review and if necessary correct all client weekly invoice reports as per the requirements from the finance team.
  • Constantly check and review if there are any changes/modifications that are to be done to the account protocols for all the assigned clients and instruct the Production coordinators to make changes accordingly.
  • Update Production Management Toolkit with the Client Attributes and Consultant schedules on a regular basis.
  • Uphold company compliance policies and HIPAA compliance rules.
  • Checking and submitting weekly and monthly invoices to the finance team for billing.
  • Reconciliation of invoices as per the requirements from the finance team.
  • Assist in the recruiting, testing, processing and training of new staff/consultants.
  • Periodically contact clients to assess client satisfaction and opportunities for potential growth.
  • Maintain and update client and staff/consultants’ information in applicable database(s). 
  • Responsible for monitoring and increasing client revenue and meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Updating the daily, weekly revenue and identifying any issues related to the client, preparing action plan and working with the Account leads in accomplishing these plans.
  • Monitor and maintain unbilled data for required clients and ensure all the appropriate cases are being cleared on a daily basis.
