1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, or phone, ensuring high-quality and professional assistance.
2. Provide product information and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using MS Excel, ensuring data integrity.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
6. Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings and suggesting process improvements.
