Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and technical issues
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
4. Maintain customer databases, updating and organizing customer information accurately
5. Assist in preparing and analyzing customer service reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
