About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
2. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem
4. Select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expediting corrections or adjustments
5. Follow up to ensure resolutions
