Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering questions about products or the company
2. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
3. Entering and updating customer information in the database
4. Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation
5. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
6. Interfacing with customers on a day-to-day basis
7. Handling emails and company social media accounts
8. Corresponding with customers over the phone/email/social media regarding updates about orders placed by them
9. Resolving customer queries based on the defined process and as per company policy
10. Ensuring superior customer satisfaction by ensuring flawless delivery of the product to customers
11. Assisting the customer to resolve any issues that they might have with the product delivered
