Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
2. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through phone, email, and live chat support.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of our products and services.
7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
