Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are resolved promptly
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information
3. Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure accurate data entry using MS Excel and MS-Office
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
6. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
1. Proficient in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with our global customer base
2. Strong familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office for accurate data entry and reporting
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
