Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
2. Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze and track customer data for reporting purposes
4. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
5. Support the sales team by providing product information and assistance with customer orders
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall success of the company
