Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calendar all scheduled consultations on the website/app for vets
2. Speak to customers to gather basic information about the pet by filling out a form and sharing it with an in-house veterinarian
3. Notify both the customer and veterinarian about the scheduled consultation
4. Share the meeting link with the veterinarian and client
5. Follow up with the client when a consultation is postponed
