Job Description

Customer Reception: Responsible for getting the record of the visiting guest, Along with the sales staff to explain the marketing gallery , and do the working daily record;
Customer Service：Responsible for the water bar service, guest reception and soft drinks service
Customer relationship maintenance: to show the company's image, to help sales consultants to maintain customer relationships, customer service, to provide guidance and other services to ensure that the customer's service needs in a timely manner；
collect the information for Customer and make the file for them and keeping touch with them.
Housekeeping: responsible for the daily room model, the furnishings items inventory check, responsible for inspection Check maintenance area, model room, bar and other environmental sanitation, timely supervision and maintenance
