Job Description
- Interact with customers & responsible for customer service and invoicing
- Understand the store’s systems & policies and communicate the same effectively to the customers
- Ensure upkeep of the office reception area
- Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers
- Understand customer buying pattern and make reminder calls in order to ensure repeat orders
- Understand payment patterns of credit customers and follow-up in a timely manner
- Cash Management
- Generate Daily and Monthly Sales Reports
