Job Description
Should be from Freight / Logistics company only. To Support and coordinate with sales department Shipment confirmation & follow-up with respective stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Coordinating with local customers for cargo and maintaining the LCL/FCL shipment sheets with respect to stuffing, Sailing, and delivery of cargo.
• Updating correct entries in the system with respect to rates, internal notes, and CFS
• Preparing and updating DSR post shipments vessel details to the customer until the shipments reach the final destinations.
• Follow up with the clients to get the booking confirmed.
• Coordinating with overseas agents upon the requirement
• Coordinating with operations, and planning desk for operational matters.
• Timely submission of rates
• Coordinating with the internal department for SI, invoices, BLS, pricing, etc
• Monitoring Releasing of BL
• Coordinating with Carriers for container transshipments details
• Coordinate with CHA & sending invoice to the customer
