Job Description:

The Customer Service Executive at SuperLearn will engage with our customers and make them successful in understanding and using the product built by the company. The role will require you to interact with them over text and voice based channels and cater to both inbound & outbound requests. 

As the face of the company in customer interactions, we are looking for someone who is empathetic and can handle stressful situations with gentleness and care.

The Role:

• Advise our present or prospective customers by responding to their inquiries through whatsapp messages,facebook posts, Instagram posts and calls

• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention

• Pass customer feedback to company representatives through well defined processes

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents according to defined processes

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Moderate community interactions and chatbox during live events

 Skills and Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of proven Customer Support Experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software

• Patient and active listener

• Passion for service
