Job Description: Customer service executive, for voice and chat process, related to e-commerce support. Process orders on a daily basis, while contacting the customers for confirmation of orders.
Responsibilities include resolving queries related to customer's transactions, payments, refunds, handling escalations.
For more complex problems that require troubleshooting, contacting the digital marketing team accordingly.
Maintaining order data sheet on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills, Ms Office expertise mandatory
