- Responding to day-to-day enquiries for online classes
- Coordinating with trainers to schedule class slots
- Invoicing and payment tracking
- Interacting with our app users to find issues and escalate them
- Maintaining key reports and tracking various functional activities

- Basic computer skills (excel,word,powerpoint)
