Job Description
- Handle all customer communication channels on a daily basis- Phone Calls, Whatsapp, Facebook Groups, Facebook Messages, Emails
- Record every customer communication, including new orders, complaints, issues in the CRM
- Answer customer queries related to delivery date, payment issues, fruit quality, ordering tracking and other doubts
- Reach out to unhappy customers and understand the reason for their disappointment, via calls and emails
