Handle all customer communication channels on a daily basis- Phone Calls, Whatsapp, Facebook Groups, Facebook Messages, Emails
Record every customer communication, including new orders, complaints, issues in the CRM
Answer customer queries related to delivery date, payment issues, fruit quality, ordering tracking and other doubts
Reach out to unhappy customers and understand the reason for their disappointment, via calls and emails
