EDUCATION: Any Bachelor's Degree.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the customer's requirements and set expectations accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu/Kannada
- Prior experience in a customer facing role will be a big plus
- Basic computer and internet skills
