Designation-Customer service
Hiring all-star Brand Ambassadors to spread the word about Uber & acquire new drivers and riders! This role is specific to Places Operations (Airports, Railways, Venues, etc).
The job description of the role is -
1. Provide a standardised high-quality experience to Uber riders at Airport.
2. Welcome & proactively assist riders in installing and understanding Uber applications.
3. Booking a ride through app or device(s) provided by Uber and Setting up right ETA expectations to the Rider after booking the cab
4. Make ride recommendations for families, premier riders & travellers with extra luggage.
5. Resolving minor issues, cancellations and refunds.
6. Locating Uber cab and coordinating with the driver for pickup.
7. Providing internet to riders who are struggling with network
