Eligibility:
- BE/Btech, B.Com, BBM, Bsc, BCA from 2017 batch
Job Description:
- Manage Customer Communication (calls, email, social media)
- Handle all customer complaints
- Engage with customers on all aspects of product and improve their understanding of the product
- Designing of surveys
- Follow all procedures and guidelines
- Go above and beyond to engage customers
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills- English and Hindi
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Customer support experience
- Ability to design surveys and get quick response from customers
Good to Have:
- Interest in the product
- Mobile gamers get bonus points
Job Location: Mumbai
