Experience:1-5 Years
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about the products or services, take/ cancel orders.
- Keep recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action, is taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on the customer’s request.
- Reply/Get a feedback on Social Media Platforms.
- Refer unsolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
