Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Dadar(Wadala)

Experience:1-5 Years

Responsibilities and Duties

  •  Answer calls professionally to provide information about the products or services, take/ cancel orders.
  • Keep recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action, is taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on the customer’s request.
  • Reply/Get a feedback on Social Media Platforms.
  • Refer unsolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
