Customer Service Executive - Outbound Sales 
  • Position / Designation:  Customer Service Executive

  • Location: Mumbai
  • Reports to: Team Leader
  • Shift Timings: UK Shift (2.30 pm to 11.30 pm IST)
Job Purpose
  • We are looking for a Call Center Representative for our outbound call Centre in Mumbai. 
  • The primary duties and responsibilities of the call center agents include making outgoing calls to a list of people that the company provides. 
  • The job of the agents is to not only to make these calls but to achieve the purpose of making the call.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To make outgoing calls for Sales. 
  • To inform them about new products and services. 
  • To try and sell the products and services to people. 
  • To listen to objections and handle them effectively. 
  • To generate more leads from the people out called.
  •  To enter the details of every interaction in the system
  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Under Graduate
  • Must-Have: Very Good Command over English Language especially Spoken English
