- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.

- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.

Experience : 0-7 Years
6 Days working (1 day weekly off )
Timing : shifts (8 AM -8 PM) Day shift
3 Rotational shifts
Qualification :Undergraduate/graduate (12th pass & above )
