- Position : Customer Service Executive (International Process/ Voice & Non Voice Process)
- Qualification : BBA / BCCA / B.Com / Any Post Graduate/ Any
- Job Location : Nagpur
- Position Type : Full Time
- You shall be expert communicator on phone with professional good voice and telephone etiquette and must have good relationship management
- You should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Handling customer queries on call and deal with the complaints, recommendations, problems and requirements of potential customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction and long term relationship between the customer and the company
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, complaints, and comments
- You need to have cross selling and up-selling skills.
- Generating new leads for new products & services
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Fluent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Should have working knowledge of Excel
- Problem Analysis & Problem solving
