Customer Service Executive
1. You shall be coordinating & providing services like Legal Compliance, Export & Import Related Services, Digital Marketing Services, GEM & Tender Solutions, Business Counseling, Accounting Services, Project Report Preparation & Funding, E-Commerce, etc.
2. Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider
3. Create and maintain a database of clients & client needs
4. Ensure each client is given necessary services & follow-up to fill ongoing service needs
5. Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base and generate referrals from them
