Job Description for Tech Support:
- Answering customers calls related to basics of Hardware/Software/Networking
- Offering Technical Support through Chat/Phone/email for Calling Cards, Internet packs, Computers
- Customer retention and improving customer experience.
- Call monitoring to ensure quality
- Training will be provided, and fresher’s with a flair for IT are also welcome to apply.
Required Experience:
- Minimum one year of international BPO experience.
- Technical support experience would add an advantage.
Shifts: US rotational
