Job Description
1. Handling and solving Customer problems/subscription related queries through calls, chat and email while assessing client specific tools and knowledge base.
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
3. Help prepare Process instructions and SOP's for the process. 4. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
5. Communicating with customers through various channels.
6. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
7. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
8. Processing orders and requests.
9. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
10. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
11. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
12. Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at CEP level.
13. Updating different trackers like production tracker, Issue tracker, KPI's etc.
14. Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations.
15. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards.
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications and Experience:
Undergraduates and graduate can apply.
Experience 3-5 years, experience will be an added advantage.
Communication skills must be fluent.
Openings for only Male candidates.
Fixed evening and night shift.
