Position Title - Customer Service Executive
Location - Kharadi, Pune
Profile Summary: As a Customer Service Executive (CSE), you will be responsible to communicate with consumers of healthcare and telecommunication providers in the United States to collect overdue and unpaid bills. As a collection specialist, you will be negotiating for the overdue payments on behalf of the client.
Position Requirements: - Freshers with excellent communication skills and a brilliant attitude - Candidates with experience in collections or mortgage services will have an advantage - Excellent English verbal skills required - this job role requires you to work in US Shifts scheduled between 5:30 pm to 10:30 am.
