We are hiring for Customer Service Executive ( non voice).
JD as below:
Experience in Billing, Order Management and Jeopardy Management in Telecom domain preferably
The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
Good written and spoken communication skills
Analytical bent of mind
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter and should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues
Good knowledge of Excel required
Graduates only with experience as mentioned in JD above.
Looking for Candidates with good communication skills.
24*7 shifts
Any 2 rotational week offs
Transport Available- Both ways.
Looking for Immediate Joiners.
