Job Description
- We are looking for Customer Service Executives/Process Associate for serving customers registered on our site.
- We are looking for fresh graduates with fluency in English, Hindi and any other language.
- Answering inbound calls from our customers.
- Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions. Maintain online customer accounts.
- Should be able to understand customer reported issues and help solve them following up with technical team.
- Number of vacancies : 10
- 2 months training (stipend Rs. 5000 per month during training period)
- Rs. 8,000 + Incentives from 3rd month onwards.(Oppurtunity to earn Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000 per month)
