CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Job Description
One Point One Solutions is hiring Customer Service Executives for inbound voice processes in SBI Renewal, Domino’s (JFL), and Gynoveda across banking, food services, and wellness sectors. The role is full-time or part-time, onsite at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Candidates will handle inbound customer calls, renewals, and queries while ensuring professional communication and accurate record-keeping. Open to male and female applicants aged 18–35 with minimum 12th pass; freshers and those with 6+ months BPO experience welcome. Language proficiency in English or Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Kokani, or Gujarati required. Shift timings are rotational: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–9:00 PM (any 9 hours), Monday to Saturday with one rotational weekly off. Salary ranges ₹7,000–₹21,000 depending on shift and language. Free transport from Koparkhairane Station is provided. Walk-in interviews are conducted Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–05:00 PM at the Turbhe office.
