Job Description
Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Executives for its inbound OneAssist process at Ghansoli MBP, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, onsite BPO role requiring professionals to handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, maintain call logs, and ensure quality communication. Candidates must be 12th pass or graduates, aged between 18–34 years. Freshers and those with 6+ months of BPO experience are encouraged to apply. Open to all genders, with good English communication skills required for ₹16,000 in-hand salary and linguistic candidates (regional languages) eligible for ₹18,000 in-hand. Workdays are Monday to Saturday with rotational week offs. Shift timings include rotational day shifts: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM, and 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM.
