Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Shift Timings: Day/Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (9 hrs)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday | 1 Rotational Off
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (10:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Job Role:
Handle inbound calls for banking, food, and wellness clients. Resolve queries, manage renewals, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain proper records.
Eligibility:
12th Pass or Graduate | Age: 18–35 | Freshers & experienced (min. 6 months BPO) | M/F candidates
Languages: Average–Good English or fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Kokani, Gujarati
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹21,000 (based on shift/language)
