Job Description
Customer Service Executive (Full-Time/Part-Time)
One Point One Solutions is hiring Customer Service Executive for inbound processes (SBI Renewal/JFL/Gynoveda). Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Work from office. Industry: BPO. Shifts: Rotational/Day, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM or any 9 hrs between 9 AM–11 PM. Work days: Mon–Sat, 1 rotational off. Interview: Face-to-face, 10 AM–5 PM. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, ensure customer satisfaction, record details per SOP. Eligibility: 12th pass/Graduate, Fresher or 6+ months BPO exp, Age 18–35, Male/Female. Language: Avg–good English OR Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Kokani/Gujarati. Salary: ₹7k–₹21k as per shift/language. Transport: Pickup & drop from Koparkhairane Station.
